Mixed Straight (花龍 · Fa Lung) is a Hong Kong mahjong hand: A full 1-to-9 run, but split across the three suits — say 1-2-3 in dots, 4-5-6 in bamboo, 7-8-9 in characters. Mahjiku's default sheet prices it at 4 faan, and every win also carries the 1 faan base, so a hand whose only named line is Mixed Straight totals 5 faan. Under Mahjiku's default additive payout that 5 faan is the payment itself: the winner collects 15 points on a self-draw (自摸), when all three opponents pay 5 each, or 5 from the single player who discarded the winning tile (點炮). Faan values are a table's own call; this is Mahjiku's shipped default, editable in House Rules.

The 4 faan for Mixed Straight is only part of it. The same tiles also satisfy Ping Hu (+2) — patterns stack in Hong Kong scoring, which is why a hand named for one shape often pays a good deal more than that shape's own value.
Faan is not the score by itself — it is the number the table turns into points, and Hong Kong tables do that two different ways. Both are shipped in Mahjiku; the additive model is the default.
